This album was recorded after my 30th birthday and I had bought myself an Ashbory Bass to mark the occasion and this instrument is played on every track of this collection and certainly gives it a unique sound.

It was recorded between 25 February and 7 July 2001. Remixed and remastered between 9 April and 3 November 2010.
